They will be able to help you by arranging for the item to be returned and a refund to be credited back to you.
How do I get a refund and what is included in the refund amount?
If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible. If the item has been returned because it does not fit, you will receive a promo code by way of refund equivalent to the cost of the item. If the item has been returned due to damage or wrong delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the item, the shipping cost and any customs duties incurred. In such circumstances, you will receive a promo code equivalent to the amount to correct the order mistake. All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment after the product received by UAE Store’s office.
